Do I have to assemble the boxes?
No. The totes arrive ready to pack, so there is no folding cardboard or taping box bottoms.
What size are the totes?
Bizzi Boxes are 27-gallon reusable moving totes with a black body and yellow lid.
How long can I keep them?
Each package includes one week. Additional weeks are $30 for the 20-box package, $35 for the 30-box package, and $40 for the 40-box package.
Where do you deliver?
Bizzi Box Co. serves Lake County, Illinois and nearby communities. Availability outside the standard service area may depend on the move route.
How does pickup work?
You unpack, set the empty totes aside, and Bizzi Box coordinates pickup based on your reservation window.
What happens if a tote gets scratched or scuffed?
Nothing. Bizzi Boxes are meant to be used for moving, so normal wear, moving dust, scratches, and scuffs are expected and are not considered damage.
Are there replacement or cleaning fees?
Only when equipment is lost or destroyed, prohibited adhesive requires removal, or a tote needs excessive cleaning. A lost or destroyed tote is $20, lid $10, Tote Taxi $40, adhesive removal $5 per affected tote, and excessive cleaning $10 per affected tote.
Can I reserve online and pay now?
For now, the website collects reservation requests first. Bizzi Box will confirm availability and next steps after your request is submitted.
